Why Muftah exists.
Muftah was co-founded by Gazans and professionals from around the world.
Its founders spent more than two years working alongside displaced Palestinian communities.
They met software engineers, translators, project managers, educators, designers, finance professionals and entrepreneurs whose talent matched professionals anywhere in the world.
The challenge was never talent. It was visibility.
We begin with Palestinian professionals because this is where our relationships, credibility and lived experience are strongest.
